About Your Teacher
Meet Deanna Badik - a Pocono Mountain native with a passion for singing, performing, and guiding others towards their vocal goals!

For two decades, my life has been dedicated to my own musical education and the exploration of performance across different genres. My formal training started right here in the Poconos with renown tenor, Garry Grice, in the very room where DB Vocal Studio was brought to life. I continued on to the Boyer College of Music at Temple University, where I studied opera and vocal performance under the guidance of the incredible Heldentenor, George Gray.

My love for performing has led me all over the world, from the national anthem at the nearby RailRiders PNC Field, to operatic concerts in Mozart's birthplace of Salzburg, Austria. Locally, I have been seen in theaters like The Shawnee Playhouse and the Sherman Theater, where I've continued to explore even more musical theater roles.

Unable to stay away from the beautiful Poconos, I've settled here in Tobyhanna with my wonderful husband, David, my two beautiful children, and our mischievous hairless Sphynx cat named Cairo. I love crocheting, cooking, and traveling the world, but my most beloved passion is, and will always be, singing.
